HELP
If you are experiencing problems logging into your LandLounge.com account, try to:
1) Retrieve your username and password
- Click this link to go to the Forgot Password? page.
- Enter the email address you registered with your account. A new password will be generated and emailed to you.
If you have requested the "Forgotten Password?" email and have not received it:
- Wait one hour for the email to arrive.
- If you have a Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. email account: (a) Check your bulk email folder and (b) Check your spam filters. Click here for more information
- If the email has not arrived within one hour, try to retrieve your information again. Retrieve it now
- If you still do not receive the email, contact us at info@landlounge.com.
2) Enable cookies and JavaScript in your browser
Internet Explorer
To enable cookies and JavaScript in Internet Explorer browsers, use the following procedure:
- From the Tools menu, select Internet Options. You see the Internet Options dialog that provides a number of tabs that allow you to set your browser preferences.
- To enable session cookies, click the Privacy tab.
- From the Settings section of the tab, click Advanced.
- Locate and click the checkbox next to Always allow session cookies
- To enable JavaScripting, click the Security tab.
- Locate the Custom area of the Security tab, and click the Custom Level button.
- From the Security Settings dialog that opens, scroll through the options until you see Scripting.
- Check the radio buttons next to Enable Active Scripting and Scripting of Java applets.
- Click OK to accept scripting and cookie handling changes and close the Security Settings window.
- From the Internet Options dialog, click Apply to effect settings then OK to close the dialog.
Netscape / Mozilla
To enable cookies and JavaScript in Netscape and Mozilla browsers, use the following procedure:
- From the Edit menu (Windows) or Netscape menu (Macintosh), select Preferences.
- From the Category menu, click open the Privacy & Security category.
- Select Cookies.
- From the Cookies page, click the radio button next to Enable all cookies. If you elect to accept cookies based on privacy settings, use a Medium level.
- From the Category menu, click open the Advanced category.
- Select Scripts & Plugins.
- Locate the Enable Javascript section of the window and click the checkbox next to Navigator.
- Click OK to apply changes and close the Preferences dialog.
Safari
To enable cookies and JavaScript in Safari browsers, use the following procedure:
- From the File menu, select Safari and then Preferences.
- From the Preferences dialog that opens, select the Security option (padlock icon).
- Under the Web Content options, click the checkbox next to Enable Javascript.
- Under the Accept Cookies option, check the radio button for Always.
- Click OK and close the Preferences dialog to apply changes.
Firefox
To enable cookies and JavaScript in Firefox browsers, use the following procedure:
- From the Tools menu (Windows) or Firefox menu (Macintosh), select Options.
- From the Options dialog that opens, select the Content option (globe icon).
- Click the checkbox next to Enable Javascript.
- Select the Privacy option (padlock icon)
- Under the Cookies tab, check the Checkbox for Allow sites to set Cookies.
- Click OK and close the Options dialog to apply changes.

To ensure that LandLounge.com Land Alerts, newsletters and service announcements make their way through your spam filters, please 'whitelist' us using the following instructions:
Hotmail:
- Under the "Mail" tab, click the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner of your Inbox.
- Click the "Junk E-Mail Protection" link.
- Click the "Safe List" link.
- Add info@landlounge.com into the "Type an address or domain" field.
- Click the "Add" button.
- Under the "Mail" tab, click the "Junk Email Folder" link on the left side of your Inbox. If it contains the info@landlounge.com address, open the email and click the "Not Junk" button.
Yahoo:
- Under the "Mail" tab of your mailbox, click the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner.
- Under the "Management" column, click the "Filters" link.
- Click the "Add" link.
- In the "From header:" field, select "contains" and add info@landlounge.com.
- From the "Choose Folder" pull down menu, select "Inbox."
- Click the "Add Filter" button.
- Open your Yahoo Bulk folder. If it contains the info@landlounge.com address, open the email and click the "Not Spam" button.
Thunderbird:
- Click the "Address Book" button and make sure that "Personal Address Book" is highlighted.
- Click the "New Card" button.
- Under the "Contact" tab, add info@landlounge.com to the "E-mail" field.
- Click the "OK" button.
- Update your Personal Address Book:
- From the main drop down menu, select "Tools", then select "Junk Mail Controls."
- Under the "Settings" tab, select "Personal Address Book" and click the checkbox next to "Do not mark messages as junk mail".
- Click the "OK" button.
- Open your Junk folder. If it contains the info@landlounge.com address, right-click our email.
- Select "Mark," then select "Not Junk."
Outlook Express:
- From the "Tools" menu, click "Address Book."
- Click the "New" button, and then select "New Contact."
- In the address field, add info@landlounge.com.
- Click the "Add" button.
- Click the "OK" button.
- From the "Tools" menu, select "Message Rules," then select "Blocked Senders List."
- If the Blocked Senders List contains the info@landlounge.com address, click the address and click the "Remove" button.
- Click the "OK" button.
Gmail:
- Click the blue "Contacts" link on the left side of any Gmail page.
- Click the "Create Contact" link.
- In the "Primary Email" field, add info@landlounge.com.
- Click the "Save" button.
- Click the blue "Spam" link on the left side of any Gmail page.
- Click the checkbox next to our newsletter.
- Click the "Not Spam" button at the top.
