What information do we collect and why?
You can access the LandLounge.com website and browse certain areas without disclosing any personal information about yourself.

Registering on our site is optional. If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still use the majority of the website.
When you register you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name and email address etc.).

By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable us to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy.

When you register with LandLounge.com, you will be able to log in and access full details of our development opportunities, view site plans and download documents such as planning applications and site survey reports (when available).

You will also receive an email alert each time land is added to our site which matches the search criteria you have specified. You can unsubscribe from these email communications at any time via your Account Settings page.

How do we use your personal information?
LandLounge.com may disclose and use personal information collected about you within its own organisation for the purpose of internal business administration, marketing and analysis.

We will not rent, trade or sell your data to others.

If you have opted to receive LandLounge.com communications, we will use your personal information to send these newsletters to you.

We will respect your email privacy. We will, however, email you occasionally with information about important changes to our service and a limited amount of marketing material which may promote some of our partners' services.

If you request a site visit or submit an offer for some land or other property, we will often need to disclose certain personal information about you (such as your name, company and address) to the vendor and/or their agents and representatives. We record each member's access to full advert descriptions which helps us to detect membership account abuse. We may also use this information to contact you in relation to your interest in a particular piece of land.
